The ECSEL (Electronic Components and Systems for European Leadership) initiative supports market-oriented joint R&D in the nanoelectronics and embedded computer systems segment between partners in European industry (including SMEs) and universities/universities of applied sciences. Switzerland joined this initiative on 9 March 2018. Innosuisse is the Swiss agency in charge of this programme.
A call is open following a two-stage procedure. Academic public research partners from Switzerland are eligible for funding if they participate together with a Swiss SME or industry partner.
The first deadline (outline) is on 7 May 2019.
