Presentation of the project
The Swiss-Morocco Forum on Digital Health is a hybrid event bringing together researchers, healthcare professionals, students, public institutions, and innovation stakeholders from both countries to discuss new technologies applied to healthcare. Organized in Morocco in collaboration with Swiss partners, the forum will focus on AI, medical imaging, m-health applications, and reliable, patient-centered digital health systems.
Through conferences, a roundtable discussion, exchanges with young researchers, and networking sessions, the event will foster the sharing of expertise and dialogue between the Swiss and Moroccan academic and professional communities. The forum is a collaborative effort between Professor Henning Müller, a professor at HES-SO Valais-Wallis and a Swiss expert in artificial intelligence, medical imaging and digital health, with extensive experience in interdisciplinary and international research collaborations, and Professor Karima Moumane (ENSIAS, Mohammed V University of Rabat), whose workfocuses on digital health and mobile health applications. It aims to strengthen exchanges between the two countries and to create the foundations for future collaborations in the field of digital health and AI in health.
The initiative will also promote the participation of young researchers and women scientists, contribute to the circulation of knowledge between the two countries and encourage the creation of a sustainable network around digital health and AI in health.
