Hybrid learning offers flexibility, but it can also create digital overload, fragmented attention, isolation and difficulties in balancing online and campus study. “Student Voices for Thriving in Hybrid Higher Education” will strengthen collaboration between HES-SO, Hassan II University of Casablanca and IHEC Sfax by translating existing findings from their Swiss-Moroccan-Tunisian partnership into accessible public resources and dialogue. In that vein, our initiative combines a trinational forum hosted through connected campus hubs in Morocco and Tunisia with a multilingual communication campaign. Three short audiovisual stories - video or podcast from each country will present students’ experiences, challenges and practical ways of protecting their cognitive well-being in hybrid learning contexts. Additionally, a concise action guide, a leaflet and a series of poster-infographics will communicate evidence-informed messages for current and prospective students, higher-education managers, professors, international relations officers and the wider public. The materials will be shared through institutional websites, social media, orientation activities and partner networks and become part of an institutional communication strategy.
