The Swiss Leading House for Asia (ETH Zurich) launches a new call for young researchers' exchange between China and Switzerland. Deadline for applications in Switzerland is 8 April 2018.

Le réseau CNHW (Competence Network Health Workforce) lance un appel à contributions destiné aux chercheuses, chercheurs, praticiennes et praticiensdans le domaine de la santé pour sa première conférence internationale. Intitulée «Countering Staff Shortage Among Health Professions – Together for a Healthy Health care System», elle se tient à Berne du 25 au 26 octobre 2018. Le délai de soumission des abstracts est fixé au 22 avril 2018.

La Fondation Gebert Rüf lance en 2018 un nouveau programme « BREF – First Ventures ». La Fondation entend ainsi soutenir les étudiantes et les étudiants des HES qui développent une idée de projet à potentiel entrepreneurial dans le cadre de leur travail de Bachelor ou de Master. L’encouragement comprend des contributions financières, en premier lieu pour les salaires de l’équipe de projet, ainsi qu’un programme individualisé de coaching et de formation à l’entrepreneuriat.

Pour son événement annuel qui aura lieu le 17 avril 2018 à Bruxelles, SwissCore est à la recherche de quatre jeunes scientifiques (doctorants ou ayant obtenu leur doctorat dans les 2-3 dernières années, toute discipline confondue) dont la recherche a le potentiel de changer le monde.

La quatrième révolution industrielle au cœur des sciences humaines et sociales

Le réseau intitulé « Alliance Campus Rhodanien » a été créé en 2017 pour consolider les synergies scientifiques entre l’Université de Genève, Univ. Grenoble Alpes, la Haute école spécialisée de Suisse occidentale, l’Université de Lausanne et l’Université de Lyon en raison de leur proximité géographique, en encourageant des collaborations spécifiques liées aux complémentarités et au partage des compétences et d’infrastructures des institutions.

L’ASSM, la Fondation Gottfried et Julia Bangerter-Rhyner et la Fondation Stanley Thomas Johnson soutiennent ensemble la recherche en soins palliatifs depuis 2014 ; les fonds à disposition s’élèvent à 1 million de francs par année. Des fonds pour une nouvelle et dernière mise au concours sont disponibles.

In its function as the Swiss Leading House for Asia, ETH Zurich announces the launch of a new call for Innovation Partnership Grants. The grants will support the establishment of cooperation between Swiss researchers from universities, universities of applied sciences or public research institutes with non-academic innovation agents in China (including Hong Kong and Taiwan), Japan, South Korea and member states of ASEAN. These agents can be corporates, SMEs or start-ups, innovation parks or similar entities with a focus on applied sciences or technical development. The goal of the innovation partnership grants is to initiate long-term partnerships with mutually beneficial concrete outcomes.

As the leading house for South Asia and Iran, ZHAW launches a call for Bridging Grants with India.

This bridging grant offers Swiss researchers who have already successfully completed a project with a partner in India the possibility to continue joint research in order to prepare a grant application for a full joint research project. Bridging grants may also enable the intensification of joint teaching or curriculum development.
