- Seuls les dossiers complets et remis dans les délais sont examinés. En cas d'absence non motivée d'un ou plusieurs documents exigés, aucune suite n’est donnée à la candidature.

Permis de séjour
Suite à leur arrivée en Suisse, toutes les étudiant·es entrants doivent s'annoncer à l'Office cantonal de la population ou service cantonal concerné dans un délai de 14 jours afin de formuler une demande d'autorisation de séjour. Il est impératif d'avoir finalisé son immatriculation à HES-SO Master pour pouvoir débuter les démarches d'obtention d'un permis de séjour.
Il faut compter quelques semaines avant que le permis ne soit délivré.

Assurance responsabilité civile
L'assurance responsabilité civile (RC) assure contre tout dommage matériel ou corporel causé à une tierce personne. Elle n’est pas obligatoire mais il est vivement recommandé d'en contracter une.
A noter que la plupart des bailleur·euses exigent une attestation RC à leurs locataires.
