Please read carefully the following information before filling out the online registration form at the bottom of this page.
Applications for the academic year 25-26 are open until 15.02.25 for candidates who need a visa and until 30.04.25 for the other candidates.

- Consult the admission requirements. See here.
- Prepare the required documents (see tab below).
- Submit your application via the online application form (at the bottom of the page). Files sent by email or post will not be processed.
- You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your application has been received by our office.
- Your application will be reviewed by an admission committee. You will be notified of the decision no longer than 2 months after submitting your application.
- If you need a visa to study in Switzerland, we recommend that you take the necessary steps as soon as possible because processing times are relatively long. Your visa application must be accompanied by the admission certificate and proof of payment of the study tax.
NB: Once your file has been evaluated, and if you are eligible, the admission certificate will only be issued to you once payment of the 1st semester study fee has been made. - If you are admitted, you will be invited to a welcome day which will take place the week before the start of the academic year in September.

If you are a student or an employee from an HES-SO school, please authentificate with your SWITCH edu-ID account.

If you are an external candidate, you must request the creation of an account, see the home page of the application form below. (Account creation can take up to 72 hours).
Starting in the Fall semester of 2025 :
For Swiss students (according to the AHES definition, this refers to students of Swiss nationality or those who are fiscally domiciled in Switzerland), a semester costs CHF 950, which breaks down as follows:
- CHF 700 : tuition fee
- CHF 250 : contribution to study costs for certain services
For foreign students (those considered foreign under the AHES agreement are individuals of foreign nationality who do not have their fiscal domicile in Switzerland at the time of registration), a semester costs CHF 1300, which breaks down as follows:
- CHF 1050 : tuition fee
- CHF 250: contribution to study costs for certain services
- Resume
- Identity document (other than a residency permit)
- Good quality picture, jpeg format, 385x480 pixels (around 20 KB)*
- Residence permit, for those who already have one
- Swiss social security card or Insurance card
- Bachelor's degree**
- Transcripts of the Bachelor's degree, including all years achieved
- Exmatriculation certificate.
*The photo will be used for your student card.
**If you are still in the process of completing your Bachelor or equivalent, you will be required to certify that you have successfully completed your Bachelor studies before the beginning of the Masters studies.

- Residence permit, if you already have one
- Swiss social security card or Insurance card, if you already have one
- Maturity, Baccalaureate or High School certificate or equivalent** (both sides with the registration sticker visible if you already have studied in Switzerland)
- Summary of grades of the Maturity, Baccalaureate or High School certificate or equivalent**
- Qualifying diploma for a Master’s-level programme (Bachelor’s degree or a qualification deemed equivalent)**. If you have not completed the studies for this diploma yet, please provide the proof of registration for the current semester. A certificate of completion will be required before the start of studies.
- Summary of grades of the qualifying diploma for a Master’s-level programme (Bachelor’s degree or a qualification deemed equivalent)**
- Exmatriculation certificate (only if you have already studied in Switzerland)
- Language certificate, level B1, in French for Strategic foresight and Management of Information Systems orientations, and in English for the Entrepreneurship and Business in Eurasia orientations (only if the previous training was not provided in the education language)
- Official work certificates (with the letterhead of the employer, as well as handwritten signature; in addition, the documents must contain the start and end dates of the professional activity as well as the rate of work carried out).
*The photo will be used for your student card.
**If the qualifying diploma for a Master’s-level programme and its transcript are not in French, German, Italian or English, please also send us translations into one of these languages certified by an authorised translator.
You may withdraw your registration at any time until two weeks after the beginning of academic year, without incurring any charges. After that date, you will be charged the semester fee. If you wish to do so, please inform us at the following address: admissions.master(at)hes-so.ch .
