COST brings together European researchers, engineers and scholars from different COST countries to jointly develop their own ideas and new initiatives across all science and technology fields through trans- European cooperation. COST does NOT fund research itself, but supports networking via different tools such as meetings, short term scientific missions, training schools and dissemination activities part of COST Actions.
There are three possibilities for researchers to participate in COST:
- Submit a proposal for a new COST Action (the current call)
- Participate in an existing COST Action
- Submit a proposal for a research project in response to the COST call issued by the SNSF
The respective guidelines and application form can be found on the COST website .
The deadline for proposal submission is 29 November 2018.
