Call for Seed Money Grants - Leading House for the Latin American Region

The University of St.Gallen, through its Centro Latinoamericano-Suizo (CLS-HSG), has been mandated by the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI), to act as Leading House granting incentives and developing joint research cooperation programs with the Latin American region.

 

For the first year of the funding period 2017-2020, the Leading House will open a Call for Seed Money Grants on June 15, 2017.

 

The goal of the Seed Money Grants is to strengthen or initiate scientific exchange between Swiss and Latin American researchers and institutions in all disciplinary areas by enabling them to jointly undertake preliminary research or organize projects and workshops. It is the Leading House's aim to consolidate partnerships with previously defined countries (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru) and also to open the call to additional countries in the region. Comparative and interdisciplinary projects will be given special attention.

 

Budget

Between a minimum of CHF 10,000 and a maximum of CHF 25,000.
