The schools in our network offer more than 250 continuing education programmes that follow the principle of Lifelong Learning. These programmes deliver Microcertification, CAS, DAS, MAS and EMBA qualifications in our six fields of study and are designed to enhance and expand participants’ range of professional skills.

Discover our Micro-certifications

In August 2024, the HES-SO introduced Microcertifications as a new certification within the framework of HES-SO continuing education. Microcertifications are short courses that form part of the development of lifelong learning promoted within the European Higher Education Area. In terms of duration, they are offered in Switzerland for courses ranging from 1 to 9 ECTS credits (i.e. from 25h to 270h).
