Space Technology Transfer to ESA sites and building sector - Call for Ideas

Space technologies respond to very specific needs. However, once created, they may serve different purposes. This Call for Ideas is designed to collect inputs on elements and technologies derived from space that could be integrated to the renovated ESA Headquarters, to all other ESA sites and transferred to the European building sector. In doing so, it is aiming to address the concerns of building design, construction and management.

The call has been opened and ideas will be collected until the 10th of October 2019. Space technologies respond to very specific needs. However, once created, they may serve different purposes.  

Ideas will be evaluated with regards to their positive contribution to the building sector in general, and retained for application to current projects - for example, the ESA HQ Renovation Project

- if specific requirements are met.
